The brief

A long-form conversation podcast, one wide and two close cameras, recorded flat.

What I did

Cut the episode down to its strongest five minutes, multicam switching on who's talking, levelled the audio, clean captions. Then three vertical Shorts, each built as a story: it opens cold on the payoff line, plays the setup and escalation, and cuts out right before that line so the loop lands back on the hook.

Style

B2B / content-first: plain and clean, no flashy retention tricks; viewers stay for the conversation.
